How to use boards in Timestripe

Hey! In this video, I’ll show you what Boards are and how you can utilize them. Boards allow you to store your data in a very convenient way. The integration with other Timestripe functions turns Boards into a very useful tool for achieving your goals. So what is a Board? Basically, it is a set of goal lists created by you. These could be real goals or small databases. Boards are located right under the planner in your Horizons workspace.

Let’s see what we can use Boards for. Boards are particularly suitable for storing any kind of data. It could be anything, a backlog for your project or places you want to visit. The possibilities are limitless. You can organize your database however you like.

Storing data isn’t the only way you can utilize boards. Maybe you’ll get some tasks that you don’t know when to do. Create a board called “Someday”, and put your tasks there. When you find time to do these tasks, move them to Horizons.

Boards also come in handy for any sort of planning, as they enable you to see the whole picture. For example, you can plan your entire workout routine using Boards. Create goals for each day of the workout and link them to Horizons in the way that suits you the most.

You can plan any kind of big task using Boards. Let’s take exam preparation as an example. Create lists for your study sessions, blind spots, useful information references, study techniques, and so on, integrate these goals with your Horizons, and enjoy having your entire process of preparation scheduled.
