Hey! In this video, I’ll give you a brief overview of how to use time-blocking in Timestripe for planning your day.

If you want to plan the exact time you want to work on tasks located in the Day section of your Horizons, use our Time feature. Type in the time you plan to start working on a task, and either use the buttons located at the bottom of the menu or manually type in the time you plan to end working on the task. You can see your daily tasks in a timetable mode by clicking on the Clock button in the bottom of your Horizons or Day section of the planner. Try using the Day section in your planning as it enables you to reschedule your tasks and see the goals of previous and following days.

By the way, the timetable view gives you a more convenient way of scheduling your tasks. Click on the free space to create a new goal. You can change the position of your tasks in your timetable by dragging them. Of course, you can overlap your tasks.

If you want to highlight certain goals, I suggest applying color to them.

You can repeat your time-blocked goals, which is very useful for automatically adding repetitive tasks to your schedule.
