Ad data usually lives across a few platforms, each with its own dashboard and its own names for similar measures. It is easy to open all of them on a Monday and still not know what to do next.
Ask your agent for a short weekly summary of what changed against the last four weeks, across the platforms.
What the agent starts with
The numbers arrive on one Timestripe board through an automation that runs each week — three cards, one per platform, each holding five weeks as that platform reported them.
The automation copies each platform's column names as they come. Google calls it Conversions, Meta calls it Results and HubSpot calls it Contacts created, and all three are counting the same event.
One campaign's cost per conversion has nearly doubled over the five weeks, on eleven conversions in the latest week.
The prompt
The threshold is the line doing the work. Eleven conversions are too few to tell a doubling in cost from noise, so without a floor that campaign leads the summary. The line about external causes keeps the report to what the numbers show, rather than attributing a dip to the season or the weather.
What comes back
One goal in Review on the Weekly ad review board holds the whole summary in five lines: one campaign to scale, one to pause, one marked as too thin to judge, and two that did not move enough to discuss.
The campaign it recommends pausing is not the one with the worst numbers. That one comes back marked "not enough data yet", with no recommendation attached.
The totals are the other half of the summary. Across all paid sources the week was flat, and that flat number covers both the campaign worth more money and the one worth stopping.
