First steps
- 6. Create new space and get your team aboard
It's time to find out how powerful Timestripe when the whole team uses it. Create new workspace in the left-hand sidebar, invite everybody involved, and make everything that Timestripe can offer work for your team goals.
Remember: your team aligns better when your strategic goals are directly linked with your tasks.
- 2. Set goals to get a snapshot of your progress
Add your goals to Timestripe to start seeing the big picture. But don't limit yourself to personal goals, include goals that are related to business, hobbies, and so on. Timestripe helps to manage every aspect of life.
Tip: Create a daily to-do list and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency. This will help you focus on the most important tasks and ensure that you are making progress on achieving your goals.
Use subgoals to divide big milestones into easy steps. In the end, every great achievement is built with small advances. Check out this short video about subgoals to learn more:
- 3. Schedule tasks and get control over time
Scheduling tasks prevents you from being overwhelmed by a flood of responsibilities. Timetables transform time into your greatest ally, rather than a hindrance.
Tip: Use a calendar to schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines. This will help you stay on top of important events and ensure that you are aware of any upcoming commitments.

Collecting data is really improtant in any kind of enterprise. Make use of Notes & Thoughts to let your ideas thrive.
Tip: Leverage text formatting styles to categorize and emphasize key information in your notes. Using consistent formatting not only enhances the visual appeal of your notes but also allows you to scan and retrieve information more efficiently. Remember, the key is to find a system that works best for you and stick with it for consistency.
- 5. Use boards for organising and take a helicopter view on your projects and knowledge
Boards allow you to manage everything at once. No more brain torture of finding information and forgetting about deadlines. Make yourself reign over everything that happens inside your business.
Tip: Regularly review and adjust your organizational systems. Keep in mind that your business is constantly evolving and what works today may not be effective tomorrow. Take the time to evaluate your processes, tools, and systems.

- Filter by assignee
It's hard to keep up with updates when you're in a team. Timestripe is here to help you: check what each of your teammates is up to by filtering your workspace by assignee.
- Recent items
Don't be too quick to forget about the recent thing you used, it's going to come back quickly.
Try the F shortcut: it'll pull your recent goals. You'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
- Set subgoals
Don't let the grand plans overwhelm you. Every step, even the smallest, can bring you closer to your milestone.

Horizons workspace helps you to align long-term goals with daily tasks to stay motivated and organised. Keep big milestones in Year and Life Horizons whilst setting small goals in Day and Week Horizons.
- Use Filters
Stay focused on essentials. Don't let the number of tasks overwhelm you: adapt workspace for better clarity in task-solving.

Overcome fear of big goals with powerful subgoal engine! Link your smaller goals to bigger ones, now right in your workspace. You can store content in subgoals in the same way as in the parent goal.

Want to get into daily reading, meditation and other habits? No problem! Just repeat the goal and you won't ever forget to do the habit. Especially, if you assign time to them! Recurrent tasks will also help you to not forget about anniversaries, birthdays, monthly cleanings or payday.
