NOTE: It's best to start this plan 1 week before the date you'd like to begin your "12 week year". For example, if you start on a Sunday, next Sunday will be day 1 of your 12 weeks.

This plan spans 13 weeks, the first week is for planning and then there are 12 weeks of action steps and weekly reviews with a 6-week and 12-week reflection point. Each week has additional questions and activities to keep you motivated as you move through the weeks.

The following methods are laid out in the book "The 12 Week Year" by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington - 12 Weeks to hit your goals and do more in 12 weeks than most people do in one year. Ideally, this would begin on a Monday or Sunday to align best with a work week.
