INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Do not care about the speed pace
  • 1-day training + 1 day rest
  • If you feel the current level is too easy, go directly to the next level on the next training day
  • If you can't complete a level, slow down the running phase on the next training day
  • Switch to the next level ONLY if you achieve the current one without too much pain
