  1. Firstly, you write down all the inflows and outflows in you cash to become more mindful with your money;
  2. Secondly, you write down some info about all the people you met during the day to stay connected;
  3. Thirdly, you convert all the notes to tasks in timestripe;
  4. Then, you reflect on the day to see, how you spend it;
  5. After all, you just make a plan for the next day.

This climb helped me become more mindful in my daily activities and achieve more goals in life. I hope, that it would help you as well.
