This is a workout routine you can do every day whenever you prefer, once you complete this routine and you want to continue it, the next month you can add 10 of whatever your doing, Ex-10 push ups will be 20 push ups on the next month, you can also add whatever you want

This is supposed to push your limits, if its too hard, you can always subtract some things
