- When can I get my discount?
- Since you got a positive response from our mail, within a month you can easily upgrade your account for Pro version on any package.
- How long can I become an ambassador?
- After you get full access as an ambassador, in one year, your membership will be expired. You can always go through the same application process again
- Do you have more info about the referral program?

What if a user signs up for an annual plan?
Annual subscriptions are still eligible for the 20% referral commission. The annual reward will be split into 12 equal monthly payments.
For how long will I receive the 20% commission?
For two years since, you've upgraded to the Timestripe Pro plan with your code.
What if my code is used to upgrade an existing account to Pro?
As long as the account is still under one year old, you will earn 15% of the account's monthly value.
What if a user downgrades?
If a user downgrades from a paid to a free plan, you will stop receiving a commission.
What if a user upgrades again after downgrading?
Once a user has downgraded to a free account, you will stop receiving commissions from your referral code. Further upgrades will not be rewarded.
Are there any disallowed traffic sources?
The following methods and actions are prohibited and may cause you to be disconnected from the affiliate program:
- Email list rental. Please, don’t send emails to anyone who has not double opted-in.
- Incentivising sign-ups with any rewards. For example, you are sharing your reward with someone who signs up.
- Creating or using any sub-affiliate networks
- Bidding on any PPC sites
